FAQs

Can I order online?

You can place orders through e-mail two ways. Use either the shopping cart style or the PDF order forms. Simply download and complete our form and “Submit” your order by e-mail. We will respond with a confirmation and quote during business hours. Download our order forms.

What is your re-stocking fee?

We do not normally have a re-stocking fee. Many items, such as upson, foamcore and beadboard have a minimal rental fee if you return them in good condition.

What are your hours?

Our hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am—5:45pm. Our warehouse hours are also 8:00am—5:45pm. Evening and weekend openings can be made available upon request.

What time can we pick up an order? What time should an order be returned by?

The standard time for pickups is between 9:00 AM & 5:30 PM. You can arrange for an alternate pickup time with our Operations Manager. We ask that all returns be made by 1:00 PM

Can an order be delivered?

Yes. We have a variety of vehicles that can deliver and pick up your orders. Give us a call to arrange your transportation needs.

Is an item available?

Let us know when or what you need and we will tell you if it is available.

Can an order be shipped?

Yes. We also ship almost all expendables anywhere in the country. Give us a call or e-mail us for the specifics of your shipment as well as our shipping policies.

How can I open an account?

Download the credit application form or we can fax one to you. Or click here and print it out. Please understand that opening a credit account can take several days for approval. We start the application process immediately but we often have to wait for your references or bank to respond.

HOW CAN I RENT EQUIPMENT OR BUY EXPENDABLES WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT?

Renting equipment

  • A deposit is required for the value of equipment
  • Pre-pay your rental costs
  • Provide proof of liability and insurance coverage

Purchasing expendables

  • Pre-payment is required. We will credit you for all returned re sellable expendables

A special note to our C.O.D. clients:

IN ORDER TO PROCESS YOUR ORDERS QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY PLEASE MAKE SURE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY THE KITS OFFICE AT LEAST 2 HOURS PRIOR TO PICK-UP:
  1. Resale Certificate (if applicable)
  2. Insurance Information
  3. Filled out credit card authorization form
